In this 21century age every body is trying so hard to look younger . And is actually a good thing to see yourself looking younger at your age. check how you can look younger than your Age No 9 point will marvel you.

10 Good ways that will make you look younger are:

  • Eat balanced diets- Eating to look younger is not like eating only one particular food all the time, you must eat food that contians all the six classes . Foods that has vitamins, fat&oil, water, protein, carbohydrates, minerals all this food classes as mentioned makes us look younger.

  • Rest- In the quest of making ends meet we sometimes forget to rest. People even go as far as saying if I rest how can the family survive. But let me also tell you that is only the living that can hustle. So Find time to rest. it eased stress from your body and makes you more healthy .

  • Travel - You can't stay one place to watch masquerade! So for you to look younger you must travel to see how other people are doing, the trending. And the happiness of a good travel calms the nerves and makes you look young.

  • Wear sizeable outfits - wear cloths that defines your age. Dont always wear Bogus clothes.

  • Use moisturizering creams. Some creams can weaken the cells of the skin given you early wrinkles and sunburns , so is better to stay out of such hash creams.

  • Exercise - Regular exercise makes you look younger. Remember that exercise has time so also make use of appropriate time for your exercise.
  • Smile Always- Times are hard that people feel so burdensome . But always smile it helps to remove wrinkles from the face.

  • Take natural & fresh foods- Take less of CAN and preservative food because the chemicals in them are very harmful to the body and causes early ageing.

  • Always check your health status- It is recommended that we should always check our health status by a medical personel to ascertain the things that's good for our health. Thereby taking recommended supplements that will make us look good.

  • Reduce the alcohol intake- Too much alcohol may affect the growth Of looking younger so is adviseable to reduce or not to take atall. For the betterment of our health.

Smile Always- Times are hard that people feel so burdensome . But always smile it helps to remove wrinkles from the face.

Are serious? Smiles makes us to look younger than our age. Thank God I can smile like a living. I also agreed with you that exercise makes us look younger than our age. Eating good food and taking enough rest also helps to look young.

Most importantly, eat eat I repeat eat at least one fruit a day.
Also drink water especially early in the morning when you wake up. Make drinking of water a habit, do not wait until you are thirsty before you drink.
