Preface

Hello friends and we'll wishers,how are you all doing and I hope all is really working our well,today I will like to share with you guys on the top five post I enjoyed during the week as they are all good looking glowing, although they are not cooked by me but I helped my mom in preparing them,hope you will like to read through my post.

1.Porridge plantain/breakfast

This was my breakfast for the day and I really enjoyed eating it,the food was really delicious as it was prepared by my mother.

Plantains are really good to the body and that's why we should be eating them dialy,they supply the essential nutrients to the body like potassium and others,now let me educate you ok some if the health benefits of eating plantain.

  • It helps to build our blood cells and body fluids which help to control our heart and blood pressure.

  • Eating plantain are really good to the body as it is needed for girls who are in there menstrual circle to help them recover the things they lost during that period.

  • Plantains are really good to our health because it helps as an aid if digestion and making your body fuller and also it helps to reduce much weight.

2.Soup and garri/dinner

This is one of my best meal in this life,I really like to eat soup and more especially egusi soup,it is one if the well known food in my country and we really enjoy eating it with our bare hands,it is sold in many food restaurant all over Nigeria and is well respected.
The meal was cooked by my mom and I will share with you some if the things used in cooking the soup.

3.Rice,beans and spaghetti/breakfast

This is really a nice and delicious food,I bought it from a nearby store beside our house where cooked food are being sold.the woman is really good in cooking food and she adds all the necessary ingredients which will really make her food good and also have a nice taste.
Beans is really the main source of protein and as it stands in our world today,proteins are highly needed in our body for the effective work of the blood cells.

Rice and spaghetti on its side is the main source of carbohydrate,it is very essential in the body of both old and young,it gives strength and booast energy, carbohydrate also helps to promote rapid growth in human because of its high value if nutrients,it also contains glucose in them and with this I can say that eatijg beans and rice is really good as it is a nice food that is good for the body.

4.Indomie noodles/launch

The fourth food I ate was indomie and I ate it in the afternoon,noodles are really good food for everyone, although some old men and women don't like eating in as they will say that it can satisfy or stay in their body for sometime.
For me I really like it although am not good in cooking it.i was the one that prepared this very nice food.

Noodles are really good in the body as it is a source of carbohydrate also,like I said before carbohydrate are really good food that helps to give enrgy to our body and therefore it is mostly required to be given to kids like us.now I will share with you some if the things I used in cooking it.

5.Rice and stew/dinner

This us the last food I enjoyed during the week and it was my dinner,it was prepared by my mom.and it is really delicious, although I helped her in the kitchen to do some works like pilling the tomato and pounding the pepper.

Rice is really good to the body expecially when enjoyed with a stew that has a great taste.tge tomatoes that were used in making the stee really gives much nutrient to the body as it has no overdose.

There is this remarkable thing I found out about all the foods you enjoyed. Yes, I now believe that one must not spend the whole world before he/she can eat. Hmmm, just with 400 NGN, which is 4 steem, you were able to prepare rice and stew. Wow. You must be economical.

I enjoy porridge plantain. It is delicious especially when cooked with beans. I not tasted the one prepared with pumpkin. I will try it tomorrow

That's a very nice meals if ask me Noddles are really good to the body can see that why you finish everything in the pot without inviting me abi.
