Hello great and amazing people in our world of steemit. I respectfully welcome you to my blog as I share with you, the training session of team goal getters led by @ijelady, our highly esteemed team coordinator. Happy reading.

We the team members gathered at the Office well dressed with our promotional T-shirt from home. We understand the wearing of the t-shirt alone is a means of announcing steemit to the world and we do make it very intentional. The gathering had in attendence about nine team members while other were unavoidably absent. Let me mention but a few that were present in no particular order; Able team coordinator, @ijelady, @mesola @tharisavic @christbless, @chichieze @prudent85 @akpan and others. The meeting was quit interactive and encouraging.

The things that were discussed during this training can't be over emphasized. It was indeed a session of reinforcement for greater works. The team coordinator took time on different areas intimating, encouraging and admonishing us on the efficacy of them all. Let me mention but a few of them.

• Mentorship: Our minds were refreshed on the necessity of being guiding in steemit block chain. It was made known to is that there should never be a point were we think we have arrived as steemit block chain has different update at every point in time and so make mentorship a vital tool in growing big in this platform. We were admonished to also see away of not only signing up members but coaching them to have a ground in steemit. Different ways and measures on how to get back to our newbies were adopted.

• Power up: Power up was one of the point of consideration in the meeting. Our coordinator spoke on it intensely highlighting the essence of it. She further used one of us @mesola who came into the platform and has been consistent in powering up thereby giving her a good steem power as it stands. We were at this point encourage to constantly be checking our club status as the least steem like 1steem can take one out of the club which he or she was.

• Activeness: Being active in the community and Steemit block chain is the only way to earn. No one ever sits at the comfort of this home and being earning SBD without engagement. To this note, we encouraged to be active in the team, commmunity and the block chain as a whole. Activeness in teams of reading and commenting meaningfully on people's post, being present for promotion and shout out, participating in contest, delegating to steemalive community, all4one, checking for community update and others. Our contributions in ideas were given utmost attention and consideration.

• Growing team goal getters: Every living thing as to grow and if doesn't grow that means death has occurred. It was discuss on the need to grow our dearly beloved team goal getters numerically, financially, intellectually, phychologically and other wise. Different ideas came up as suggested by different team members to aid the growth ot the team as well as steemalive community.

The day was super fulfilled and exciting as we were motivated to do even more in steemit platform. Majority of update were brought to our understanding and we took out time seek explanation to those we weren't cleared about. We were so full of knowledge after the session. We got refreshed and catch fun in taking pictures. Take a look at the excerpt of the fun-filled picture moment.

I strongly that what we received during this season of training can only make us stronger and better here in steemit. The loudness of our voices as a team will reach territories this time. I love you all.
