@gracyakan one reason I don't like government hospitals is because of their bad behaviour and poor customer service.
But I did like the okporoko in the market picture...could sure make some.sense in a pot of got jellof rice. 😂

Most of them display very unwelcoming attitude. Secondly, the doctors strive to open their own hospitals and refer patients indirectly to theirs, they scarcely stay at their duty post. Another one is that there are normally no drugs in government hospital that's why people that can afford private hospitals don't come to government owned hospital for any reason.
