INTRODUCTION
There are truly four outstanding qualities I admired most in my spouse when we were still dating and up until now that we are more than 13years in our marriage, those qualities are being refined day by day. Will you like to know those qualities? If yes, then it will be nice if you continue reading till the end.
UNFAILING LOVE, HUMILITY, CARE, AND WISDOM
No body is perfect and no marriage is perfect, but it takes certain Qualities to sustain marriages. My marriage is made up of 2 imperfect people, therefore, I will not expect perfection from my husband. But these qualities have been exhibited by my husband and they have truly make up for our imperfections.
UNFAILING LOVE
You might be wondering why the love has unfailing, yes because most types of love do fail. Like attraction, infatuation and all the rest of them. But agape love is unfailing and that is the type that I saw in my husband before marriage and till now, it is being renewed day by day. Love in our marriage has really been the glue that holds us together. Marriage is not without ups and downs but love, covers our shortcomings and it is still covering it. It is this quality that has enabled my husband to keep putting up with me. Despite my changes in looks and behavior, he still loves me at the moon and beyond. I am happy, that I found him and we are together. If given another opportunity to choose, I will still choose him and choose him and choose him again. You can imagine that!
Humility
I had always admired a man who is humble and not arrogant. Thereupon is because that quality, arrogance is very ugly and can destroy relationship before you can realise it. Yes, it is true that the husband is the head of the family but my husband's headship is a godly one. He doesn't Lord it over me but condescends low to my level to reach my heart. When I was single, I usually notice haughty men come around me to tell what they already acquired. They will keep boasting about their achievements but they were really at the wrong place and they already met the wrong person. I like to discover the real you. In as much as you will not hide what you are, you also should not broadcast it. My husband gradually won me over by his humility and till now, I still admire that quality because they are still new and intact in him.
CARE
Yes, care! My husband is very caring. To care means to understand the makeup of an individual and deal with such person accordingly and to be able to render help where necessary. That is my husband for you. It is not those husband's that will ask about your welfare and just give you the cash to solve the problem without understanding where the problem lies. There awesome kind of problems that are solved by simples emotional support. My husband is down to earth in that respect, seeking to understand where your problem lies and tackling it from the source. I appreciate him a lot for that. Even when the cash is not there, the approach heals whatever wound. He has proved to be the parents I have lost.
WISDOM
To run a household requires wisdom, especially the one from above, from our creator. Applying wisdom when problem arises makes my husband very unique. Some men are just interested in spoiling women with money, while others brutalise them, but wise men balances the situation, understanding the weak points of the woman and dealing with them according to that knowledge. My husband a truly wise husband. No one is perfect but he is the best for me. He plans for the future and follow through with his plans.
