Hello friends we are still on the weekly contest and my writing is on health, which some of us might neglect some fruit without knowing the health benefits of it. So let me brief you a little about local apple which is known as mountain apple.

What is local apple (mountain apple)

Local apple (Mountain Apple) is a pink coloured fruit with white pulp and a seed. It's botanical name is known as Syzygium malaccense. It has so many health benefits. Do you know that you can control diabetes through the use of mountain apple, it's also improving digestion, reducing toxicity, promoting heart health, and boosting immunity. The fruit leaves and bark of the plant may have several medicinal properties and were used commonly in folklore remedies.

These antimicrobial and antifungal effects can also protect the skin from spreading different infections and can also boost the immune system against illness and infectious diseases.

I know of this Apple and had eaten it severally but never knew it controls diabetes, I recommend it to my friends.
