For example, malaria drugs is giving to someone to take for 3 days and after 3 days, the person went to chemist shop and buy that drug again consume it with the assurance that eheee I have taken enough to treat malaria final. That is drug abuse
This is actually the best way to define drug abuse. The woman in your story, Mrs Uzoka looked down upon the drug. Had it been she died, her people will hold the doctor or nurse saying that he/she killed their mother and daughter. Let her learn from her mistake. I wish all drug abusers can read this article.
