Good morning my fellow steemians am happy to be here again to make sure that I finish my topics in this 7days writing . I hope you all sleept well last night. I thank God for this new day and also new month.

What is Hygiene?

Hygiene can be said to be the act of keeping your self clean it can also be the act of maintaining good health.
Good hygiene has many rolls it plays to our health and also in our environment.is very good to maintain a good hygiene in our surroundings.

State reasons why we should maintain a good personal hygiene.

There are some many reasons why we should maintain a good personal hygiene some of the reasons are as follows:

• Good peronal hygiene make us to be far from sickness.
• Keeping good peronal hygiene makes us to look very good and attractive in eyes
• Keeping good personal hygiene makes rodents and reptiles to be far from our environment .
• Good personal hygiene helps us to be free from body odours and environmental pollution .
• It gives an honor in a society and also it helps to attract good people to associate with you. And so on.

Tell us some of the things you do as part of your hygiene routine.

There so many things that I do, to make sure that I maintain good personal hygiene. Some of the things are:

• Brushing of teeth twice a day early in the morning and evening before going to bed it helps to be free from mouth odour

• Washing of dishes after making use of them, it helps to remove bacterias in the plates with that you are free from diseases. Is very important do not allow your dishes to stay uncleaned more than a day please always Wash them both your cups make sure you wash them every day

• Washing of clothes regularly when ever they are dirty and also always make sure you wash your underwears regularly too, don't not wear your clothes both your underwears twice without washing them.
  it will help you to be free from body odours

• Sweeping of environment, Always make sure you sweep your environment regularly it will help you to be free from rodents.

• Washing of hands regularly, is good to wash hands before and after eating with a running water and soap it helps to remove bacterias.

• Washing of food/fruits. Always make sure you wash your foods and fruits before eating them it helps to be far from bacterias .and also drinking of clean water too.

• Washing of toilet regularly. Is very important to wash our toilet regularly it helps to remove bacterias and also pollutions near our environment

• Clearing of bushes near our surroundings. Is good to clear the bushes that is near in our surroundings to prevent reptiles and rodents coming into our environment.

• Planting of flowers around our environments. It helps the environment to look very attractive and healthy.

And so on

My wonderful friends is good to maintain a good personal hygiene it helps a lot because the scripture says that cleanness is next to Godliness thank you.
