Those who do not keep strict personal hygiene are prone to contacting infectious diseases.
This statement reminded me of a experience of a family who lost 35 members of their families during covid-19.
The mother of the house said that what helped them was personal hygiene. She continued by saying, we wash our hands in any little thing we touched even envelope or letters.

Exactly, but there are deodorants that has high cologne and are very annoying
Personal hygiene is very important because it is the best way to keep you healthy and safe. If you take care of your body, it will take care of you. If you take care of your body, you won't get sick and stay healthy.
