As we all know for an organization to keep on growing, they need more people to join them, they also need marketers or distributors to help them creat awareness about the organization, they also need to retain their members both old and new by mentoring, encouraging and support their members, this is what we have here on steemit, steemit/steem growth is our priority, so this week steemalive have included Promotion in the contest.

In this contest I will give answer to the following 4 questions, and I encourage you to read all and tell me where I need to improve

How do you promote Steem?

I promote steemit in different ways, as you know we meet different people with different backgrounds and Challenges, we have youths, teenagers and adults, Men and Women so I use different approach while Promoting steemit, the way I talk to Young ladies and gentlemen are not the same but one thing is sure, I put on smile like my brand.

I also promote steemit with my team that is my fellow steemiains, you know if you want to go far in life, you have to go alone but if you want to be successful in life you have to go with people

What materials and methods do you use?

A good farmer have all the necessary tools to do his farming work easy and enjoying likewise me, I have all the required tools on steemit, and it is effective.

Are your methods effective?

Yes all my methods are effective, one on one Promotion, online Promotion and group Promotion, all are effective, for example the girl I signed up today was one on one Promotion which started with a question, Do you love Writing? That is all.

What are your promotion challenges and how can the community assist you?

I have a lot of plans to reach out to people, run an act of kindness program, organize free skill training but finance is my problem, I know how much it took me last i went to deaf and blind school to support them, I know the demand of village head, youth leaders and pastors when you submit your letter to present steemit to them

I the community will sponsor all those things i mentioned, my surname is already @ijelady steemsteemit.

In conclusion, I love steemit and steemgrowth, what ever that I will contribute for the growth of steemit, i will do it gladly.
