#all4null-We Have Succefully Reward All The Winners Of Food4thought

Today i am going to bring you report if what happened during our Food4thought award reward and team goal getters mini get together. In life, there is time for everything. Time to plant and time to harvest. It was really time to reward and to have refreshment as a team.

Awardees were very happy

It was on April 19th 2022 that steemalive community launched Food4thought project in Abia State and on May 7th 2022, it was launched in Uyo Akwa Ibom State. Since then we have recruited so many users but not all qualified for Food4thought.

What qualifies you for Food4thought?: Food4thought is a project that rewards newbies that are active on steemit from the day they joined till the day of the reward. So now, when you recruit a new person, help them to write Introduction post and other achievement task. Help them to learn how to make quality post. How to apply Markdown. Hot in invest on steem by buying steem and powering it up. If he remain active till the day if reward, he will surely get it.

Other things that will help you qualify for Food4thought: You must have done achievement1 to achievement4 within the period. Active member of steemalive community who is supporting #all4one project and #all4null project. Your post must be free from plagiarism. You must invest on steem that shows that you are supporting steem growth.

Rewarding the recruiters: You know it will not be wise to reward only newbies and leave those that recruit them and mentored them. Mentorship is not an easy work so our dear steemiains in steemalive, you too will be rewarded if you remain active till the day we will reward you. You are to support Steem Busines Directory you should also support #all4one and #all4null project. The growth of steem is our priority. All4null is something you do once in a week. Make quality post and set it 100% to @null. As a leader, it will be wise for you to attend our weekly training and encourage your newbies to do the same.

Let's help our recruits to be active on steemit and also invite their own friends on steemit. One thing is sure here and that is growth. Growth is a continuous improvement in whatever we are doing in life. Aside from steemit, we all need to grow our busineses. Personal development is mandatory for one to achieve success in life.

I and @orecious123, @okere-blessing and others were so happy to see that day. We planned it to be last Saturday of August 2022 and we saw it fulfilled. Our newbies could not believe it when we told them that we support them if they remain active on steemit but they saw it happened life. In imitation of steemit team who have made provision for all quality post to get support, we too did the same to encourage hard work

In our team we also rewarded the most active in our midst like @okere-blessing and @precious123, @sureway044, @akpan who recruited @davidalfred. It was a joyous occasion to all as we celebrate with the winners. I know it will interest you to know whom they are. They are @preciuos123, @sureway044, @davidalfred, @ogechukwu-matha, as for @prechy and @tessyvibes, they were not active on the day of the award and was not rewarded. We also rewarded those that mentored all of them as mentioned above

win our food in our next get-together comes December 2022 We have started Recruitmenting those that will win the next award if they remain active on steemit. I personally will love to have 10 new active users before December. I will love it if all of you leaders in team goal-getters will do the same. If 10 of us help another 10 each, that will be hundred person's that day. I encourage you to be part of this project. Empowerment program is what the world need. Steemit has started it, what are you waiting for. Be part of this program that is putting smile on people's faces today. Steemit like no other, it is not steemit, it is not steemit

It is good to start a project, it is another thing to follow up the project. Food4thought project is a very good project but tasking. It means you give out time to newbie to make he or she understood every thing about steemit in the first 2 weeks of joining steemit so that you focus your attention on some other person. But i tell you some people understanding are a little bit low that you have to spend hours and days before they will understand it.
