It is my delight to present my weekly report today, really appreciate you for this project which has helped so many steemians to be mentored and so many people out there to know steem and steemit, It has also reactivated inactive members.
ROAD SHOW [PROMOTION]
This week Promotion was booming, it was one we would never forget in a hurry. Let me give you full detail on how it was. On Friday is always road show Promotion and so this week we went to Idongesit Nkangha secretariat state secretariat, shared flyers signed up new users and mentored newbies on how to make post and power up.

MENTORSHIP
This week, I held a training session in our WHATSAPP group, encouraging members to remain active, explaining the importance of joining club5050 I also asked and address their challenges. ngoenyi and goodybest also joined in the training, ngoenyi encourage them to remain active by posting every story of their life (dairy game), goodybest also reminded them that steemit is not a get rich quick scheme, therefore patience and persistency on steemit. This week I also guide a newbie to make powerup and write a post quality content.
Tuesday and Thursday I also went to the office to mentored most of the steemians that came out.
ENGAGEMENT
I have WhatsApp group which I post links of community post to help easily access the post, Then I encourage them to comment on it. In the WhatsApp group the rule is to comment on two links before you drop yours, the with this all team members are engaged.
PLANS FOR NEXT WEEK
My plans for the week is to get T-shirt for my team, it's not easy but with t-shirts the team can promote steemit even with their t-shirts.
CONCLUSION
This week was successful, I really appreciate all my team members that work with me to achieve this success. I sincerely appreciate @ngoenyi she really doing a great job to make sure that all team are s surviving. Thank you @steemalive for making this provision.
