Introduction

Greetings steemit friends welcome once again to my blog, today we are going to analyze the healing benefits of mango leave and it's usage.

Familiarization, usage and values of mango leave

Many people are familiar with the sweet test that comes from mango fruit, but they don't realize that the leaves of mango tree are edible as well.
Young mango leave are very tender, so they are used for cooking food in some culture, because the leaves are known to be very nutritious, it's also used to make tea, juice and food supplement.

Leaves of mangifera indica a certain species of mango have been used healing practices like Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine for thousand of years. The stem, back, leave, roots and fruit are likewise used in traditional medicine and the leaves in particular are believe to be treating diabetes and other health conditions

Mango leaves are known of being rich in plants compounds including polyphenols and terpenoids which is important for clearing vision and boosting of immune health, and they're also antioxidants which protect our cells from harmful molecules known as free radicals

Meanwhile research made us to know that polyphenols have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, some investigation suggest that polyphenols improve gut bacteria and also help in treatment or preventing condition like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer etc.

The question is, what are polyphenols?

Polyphenols is referred to as phytochemicals which is compounds abundantly found in natural plants with antioxidants properties, basically because of their chemical structure they are grouped as flavonoids or non-flavonoids which form the widest group of over 9000 compounds.

During energy production some oxygen molecules are converted to dangerous free radicals known as reactive oxidative species (ROS) can damage the vital components of our cells that includes proteins, lipids and DNA.
Overproduction of free radicals can also lead to activation of pro-inflammatory transcription, on the other hand a certain level of free radicals are useful in the body, for it plays a role in boosting immune system.

Conclusion

It's gives me joy when I share good and helpful thoughts, and this opportunity given by steemit is indeed a dream realize that is the more reason I keep promoting steemit everyday.
