We need courage to take decisions. It is not good not to. If we fear failure and regrets we will not take decision at all. This is affects one's progress in life.
What you need do , note even the scripture is against "fearfulness" you don't have to entertain fear at all . Need to study the nature of what action need to be taken first ,and likely or expected consequences or results . If would land on regrets, or not so as to forge up.
