"Parks in Pictures". Here in Uyo, Travel Update From My City. 10% to @steemalive

A wonderful morning to you all dear friends. I wish you all love and joy in this holiday season. I'm happy to be part of this Contest organized by @steemalive which is entitled, "parks in Pictures". Well, here in Uyo City, we have enough parks, and I visited most of them yesterday. Please let me take you round to some of the beautiful parks in Uyo Akwa Ibom State Nigeria.

Aktc park is the most largest, beautiful and we'll organized park in Uyo. It was build by the former governor of Akwa Ibom State. Senator God's Will Akpabio it is a park owned by the government of Akwa Ibom State. You can travel to all the 36 States of Nigeria through this park. Let me show you the this that makes this park unique.

As you can see in this picture, the passengers lounge is beautiful and attractive. Yes, you can come here to rest for a while, and no one will disturb you. After booking for a ticket, most of the passengers who will start there journey at night feels comfortable in the park. I tried to find out some prices for the different states in Nigeria and guess what? From Uyo to Owerri is #3,500. While Uyo to Ariaria Abia State is #2,500.

On my research to know more about prices of transportation to other states, I found out that some places, front seat is more costlier than other sits. So I approached one of the staffs to know why is so. She told me.

Passengers always fight for front sit, so to avoid fight, the management has increased the price of the front sit so that, anyone that paid additional money will be given tickets for front sit.

Another thing that makes AKTC pack unique is that, they have car park for their staffs, tricycle Park still in the same park. Eatery is also in the park and many more. Please watch the pictures below.

This park is located along Itu road in Uyo City. When I get to the park, I found no cars outside. So I asked 2 guys who where coming out from the park if they are no functioning. They replied to me.

The last car just left now, it depends where you are going, our cars are on the way.

So I didn't further to ask more, I left to another park.

This park is another busy park in Uyo. Their routes many is Northern, Western and Southern part of Nigeria. In this park, it is the drivers that give tickets to the passengers. So I tried to find out from them how much they collect from each of the locations but was confused who to asked because of how busy they where. So I took some pictures of the park.

The park is also known as Love Mass Transit Uyo Terminal 1

Peace Mass Transit is another beautiful park in Uyo. You can book them online, pay through POS etc. But when I visited the park yesterday, they were not much passengers there. And the park was less busy. As you can see up there, this park cover's all the whole states in Nigeria. Look below to see some other pictures I took in the park.

When I get to this park, oh!! My God, passengers was every where. No space for me to meet or talk to anyone. There route is Uyo to Owerri, Calabar and other states in Nigeria. I even entered the passengers lounge and bookings to see if I can talk to anyone but, I was suffocating due to the cowd so I came outside and took pictures of the park. But I pleaded to someone to snap me while coming out from the passengers lounge.

The outing was mind blowing, educative and interacting. Although some refused to disclose some important information due to personal reasons. Thanks for reading and touring with me to 5 different parks in my city Uyo Akwa Ibom State Nigeria.
