Hello friends, today I visited a building materials shop to find out what is going on there. It might Interest you to know that poeple are busy out there building and amending their houses while others are out there complaining of lack of money. Infact, what I saw today made me to believe that, lack of money is for poeple who do not have money. Not for the rich one's. So friends, let's review Usadee's Ventures together.

Usadee Ventures is a building materials shop owned by Mr Udauk. It is located at No.30 Mbak Road off Oron Road Uyo Akwa Ibom State Nigeria. Mr Uduak don't sell on a wholesale price rather he retails it. I don't know much about him anyway, but I knew when he rented that his shop late last year because that's my street. I constantly greet him with a smiling face each time am going out or coming back, until one day I needed nails, so I went there to buy from him. That's how we became friends. But what is he really selling in his shop? Let's find out.

Wheelbarrow is not only used for builder's but also for everyone. We use it to fetch water, carry goods around. Some people find their daily bread. How? Go to markets like Ochanja maintain market, Ariaria and other local marke's, you will see wheelbarrow pusher's who took it as their hand work. During big market days, people do use wheelbarrow to hawk products around. Then, for builder's, it they use it to carry cement, sand, block and water. To crown it all, wheelbarrow is every home usage.

Do you care to know about the price? I will tell you both in Naira and Steem. According to Mr Uduak, is sold at the rate of 13, thousand Naira. (80 Steem).

This material is strictly used to shine the floor of a building or the wall. Sometimes you see a building after plastering the Wall, it will be shining. It's the work of shining trowel. It is sold for 1,000 naira. (5.6 Steem).

Shovel is used for building of house and also for farmers. Even poeple use it at home. Shovel cost 5,000 naira. (30 Steem).

This is Carpenters choice. Is it used for building house and breaking things. Please don't use it on someone's Head oo😀. The price is 2,500 Naira. (14 Steem).

Cement we all knows the work. For building of houses, roads and many more. Right now, you can get it at the rate of 4,200. (24 Steem)

Head pan is used for parking sand, cement mixed with gravel. You need to see women with their head pan where they are building upstairs. Hahahaha, really funny. It sold out for 2,500

Zink is of different types and prices. But when I went to review this shop, they have only Nigerian zink which is sold per shit 1,500 while full bundle is 28,000 thousand Naira. (158 Steem).

Everyone wants his business to be known online, because they know that is where the world is. So, I told Mr Uduak about Steemit before I was allowed to review his shop. Infact, he is an upcoming Steemian. I have told him that he will have the opportunity to advertise his business here in Steemit if he join Steemit. He said on Sunday evening, he will have enough time to learn and get himself signed up on Steemit.
