Introduction
We learn every day as long as we live. In today's tutorial, am going to explain to you how to cook a delicious porridge yam. Using Hospital is too far leaf. It's very sweet in soup, porridge yam, Bean's and even Stew. Let me start by telling you 4 steps to follow. But before cooking, check out my ingredients.

- Crayfish
- Palm oil
- Pepper
- Hospital is too far leafe (Chaya leaf)
- Salt
- Water
- Ginger.
You can add dry fish, meat. After taking note of the ingredients, how do we start? Let's take it step by step.
1 Step
Peel your yam if you have it already. But if you don't have it at hand, go to the market or a nearby shop to get one. After peeling off the back, put it in a clean bowel, wash it twice with water and put it in the pot. Add normal quantity of water to it knowing it too well that you are cooking it porridge. Just switched on your gas and put the pot on top of it for the yam to start boiling.

Step 2
While your yam is on the 🔥 fire, add it salt so that it will boil along with the yam giving it a nice taste. Next, wash the vegetables and slice them. Remember to wash it twice with salt to take away sands and any form of bacterias.
Peel the back of your onions, wash and slice it too. Wash your crayfish with the ginger and pound it together, you can equally grind it.
Step 3
Put the pounded crayfish and ginger in the food, check salt and add your pepper, add your seasoning cube or any other spices if your choice. It's more than 30 minutes, the yam might be done by now. Check it to know if the yam is soft now. If it is, add it the amount of palm oil you need and cover the pot.
4 Step
Allow the palm oil you just need added to steam for few minutes, then you add the Ugu Oyibo or the hospital is too far leaf you have sliced. Turn it to mixed up with the yam and leave it for 3-5 minutes. Then off your gas and add onions, mixed it up with the food as just added it as the last spice and, dish out the food.

Why I love the food
The truth that you can't eat what you don't like. Yam is one I enjoy eating. Apart from that, it doesn't take much time on the fire, easy to cook and fast to done. Then, the vegetables which was originated from Mexico has a lot of health benefits. It supplies protein, vitamins, calcium, iron to our body. Because of the health benefits of Chaya leaf or Miracle leave made me like the food more.
