Introduction

It's time to submit my second entry on this contest organized by @steemalive. Do well to visit the contest announcement here. This time I want to talk about exercise and why it is important to our body. If you really want to remain health, read this post.

What is exercise?

Exercise is a body movement that helps our muscles to work and at the same time helps the body to burn some calories. We have different types of exercise and they are as follows.

  • Dancing
  • Running
  • Jumping
  • Swimming
  • Jogging
  • Walking.

Importance of exercise

  • Exercise helps us to regain more strength and also boost our endurance. How? It does the work of transferring oxygen and nutrients to the body tissues thereby helping the heart to do it's work more affectively. Remember, one our heart and lungs is healthy, it will help us to carry out our daily activities.

  • We improve the quality of our sleep when we engage our body with exercise. Not only that, it helps us to fight against some chronic infections. That is to say, exercise enhances our our brain functions and memories.

  • Exercise helps us to control our weight and lowers high blood pressure.

  • It builds our muscles strength and help us to have balance.

  • It cure's joints pains and stiffness.

  • It helps to expand our life span.

Forms of exercise and their impact on the body.

  • Aerobic exercise:

This is one of the exercise I enjoy most. Easy walk but does a lot of things in the body. This form of exercise relaxes our body wall vessels, it helps in reducing blood pressure, it burns fat and reduces sugar content in the body. It boost our mood and reduces inflammation. It helps to burn bad cholesterol and build good cholesterol.

Aerobics exercise can be done in one place, you can march like 2-4 steps front and same way back. You can raise your knees, pull your hands up and down, do jogging work, and also do out together in.

  • Stretching:

Stretching helps our body to remain flexible. The more we became old in age our body reduces muscles and tendons which stop the muscle from functioning properly. And it can lead to muscles cramp and joint pains. In other to help yourself out Incase you already having pains on your joints, perform trenching exercise by holding effected area's for 60 seconds if you can.

Conclusion

Help yourself today by performing one exercise or the other. If you do so, you will see yourself living a healthy life. Aerobic exercise does it all, I recommend it to anyone of you. It's one of the simplest exercise but affects our body very well.

Hello my dear @chichieze how are you doing today how many hours did you spend in your exercise today, because the way you talk, is like you teacher in the areas of exercise.

This is one of the exercise I enjoy most.

See them 😂😂😂 you no like stress abi? But in all you need exercise is very good for the body and let's keep our self healthy and fit...
