STEEMALIVE PROMOTION DAY - NEVER A DULL MOMENT ABOUT IT/SIGNED UP 3 PERSON/10% PAYOUT TO STEEMALIVE
A good and lovely day to you all my steemian friends. It is great cor all of us to start a wonderful week together.
Friday is a day given to steemalive promotion and I decided to give it all I have. It was @ngoenyi that wrote a reminder to that cause, an we all responded to that clarion call.
Steemalive community have always engaged in the business of recruiting and mentoring newbies and have nominated days for members to engage in such promotion. For us in Uyo it is done every Friday of the week.
Reporting to the Steemit office
I reported at the office first to get the materials need for the promotion ready. We wore out t-shirts face caps and had our flyers handy for sharing to the public. Also, the emphasis was laid on bringing in investors into the system as this will help to lock up more steem in the ecosystem reducing supply and increasing demand in the process.

Promotion Begins
Todays promotion was scheduled to take place at the Akwa ibom state secretariat. It is always a busy place and a busy hub, workers and individuals alike are to be found everywhere. However, we also had the intention of visiting some ministries to see whether the key staff there can join the steemit cause.
When we got to the venue, some other steemians met up with us. We started talking to the shop owners, business hub owners and many others.

After signing up two persons at the business hub area, we decided to step into the secretariat itself. We spoke to some and they indicated interest.
We finally went to one of the ministry offices and met some group of persons. Initially, they felt it was a scam, like so many online businesses, but after showing them evidences and proofs, they saw the reliability of steemit.
We succeeded in signing up 2 persons there, and one of them did his introductions post immediately. We were happy that they took it up and signed on

We really spent so much time at the veterinary office section of the Ministry of Agriculture. The discussion was something that started like a joke and gradually became serious. I felt good answering all their questions and putting their doubts aside with @ngoenyi.
Later, we rounded up the promotion after having spent like 3hrs doing so and then decided to get some refreshment. You can see us having some good time together.

Later, we left for our various homes to meet up with our wards. It was a lovely promotion exercise from all of us. Some other steemians went to different places too for the same purpose.
Great thanks to @ngoenyi, @benson6, @esthyfashion and @goodybest for making today's roadshow a success. Their presence really counted.

Such a beautiful post you have here regarding the uyo road show. I must say that uyo steemians are very zealous and the unity they work with is quiet commendable.
It's good to know that you are part tod those pushing steemit to the grassroots in your locality.
That good time is needed especially after a good days work. It's the chicken and salad for my though. It's quiet captivating am already beginning to salivate
