Honestly if you don't pay bribe you will find it difficult to get what you want, the truth is that the bible said it that during this last days humans will love money more than fellow humans and there will be increase of lawlessness, but very soon God will put an end to all this because he is not happy about it.

Bribery is now seen as a culture in Nigeria because one must do it before getting anything here in Nigeria, even taxi drivers who don't have some driving documentaries still dive on the street freely because they have paid bribe
In the past it was more of a crime that was punishable by law. Nowadays, people don't think twice about bribing someone, because it's just part of the culture
Dear @beautybb you are right actually There is a lot of work that needs to be done in order to make bribery and corruption illegal, and stop the spread of these practices.
