How to make ginger tea
At all times, ginger was appreciated not only for its flavor and aroma, but also for its beneficial properties. Tea for colds and flu

To get started, make a teaspoon of green or black tea in half a liter of water. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. When you don't have the time or energy, you can make ginger tea according to a simple recipe. Mix one teaspoon of black fresh ginger with one teaspoon of black or green tea and a couple of lemon slices. Add a glass of boiling water, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Then strain and add a tablespoon of honey.
Lose weight with ginger tea
Tea with ginger also helps in weight loss. An excellent tool. The roots of this plant contain ginger and shogol - substances that give a very spicy heat flavor. They increase blood circulation, which helps in better digestion and stimulates metabolism.
The recipe for a slimming drink is simple. Add a teaspoon of freshly chopped root, a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of honey to a glass of boiling water. On the day of such treatment, you need to drink about 2 liters. By the way, a cup of this kind of tea reduces the feeling of hunger.
Another option for diluting tea is to cook ginger with garlic. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin slices. Pour 2 liters of boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then strain and drink in small portions throughout the day.
