Every class in primary school has an annual plan that divides up the learning tasks for each subject into monthly sections. A group including the head, staff, ADO and ASDO created this plan which is distributed to every school. Every employee adheres to this academic schedule.

To monitor ASDOs and school leaders pay visits to the schools. As a result pupils become more engaged particularly while studying for tests and teachers are forced to put in extra effort to ensure good performance. All year long effective and organized teaching is guaranteed by this method.

A staff shortages is our main problem. We only have two teachers at my school so it is challenging to keep everything under control. Three classes must be attended by each teacher simultaneously. It is difficult in this environment to provide each class and student with the attention they deserve.

It is also very difficult to teach six or seven subjects to three separate classrooms each day. Just two teachers can handle the task which causes stress and burnout. To make sure every student receives the high quality education they deserve we need more teachers.

Inadequate control and monitoring is another factor. To make sure there are enough teachers and resources, regular inspections should be conducted. Had these tasks been executed perfectly we could have identified the problem sooner and implemented the required adjustments to deliver excellent education.

We must find more teachers and improve our planning in order to deal with this issue. The administration of the school must develop an effective strategy for selecting sufficient staff to adequately supervise every class. In this manner pupils will receive the attention they require and teachers won't become overworked.

Regular monitoring and assessment are also necessary. School administrators should regularly review their staffing and resource levels. Identifying issues early allows us to make the required changes and guarantee a smooth productive learning environment for educators and students both.
