Hola gracias por su evaluación, tengo 20 años siendo docente de aula y mis respuestas se basaron en las preguntas y mi experiencia, quizas la traducción pudo interferir en lo que usted haya entendido, mas que la lectura sobre material de gestión, es la experiencia la que que nos brinda el conocimiento, y la educacion y los elementos para la.gestion en el aula no son los mismos para cada pais porque la realidad de los alumnos es totalmente diferente.

Los elementos que estoy nombrando que ahora me dices que no son, son los que están en la pregunta #1 no se que piensa el otro profesor @fantvwiki.

Según su conocimiento, ¿qué es una gestión eficaz del aula y qué tiene que ver con la planificación, la implementación, la evaluación del aprendizaje y la utilización óptima de los recursos? Explique la relación entre cada uno de estos puntos utilizando su lenguaje. (2,5 puntos)

Of course we try to be fair and without favoritism in giving grades. The assessment is given based on how well the participants complete the task.

What do we expect from point 1?

This explanation of yours relates to lesson planning in general, not to classroom management specifically. Examples that relate to specific classroom management.

Before entering the classroom, I usually require students to clean the classroom before learning, so that the environment is comfortable and clean. In addition, before starting the lesson I arrange the seating of male students on the left and female students on the right, and so on.

The explanation you explain about the first point is remarkable because indeed it is the relationship of effective classroom management, with the planning, application, evaluation of learning, and optimal use of resources and for me this is appropriate.

For other question points, this is by our agreement teaching team how to give the same assessment and objective as we have agreed together.

However, each member of the teaching team has an assessment from another writing point of view that may be different from the rest of the team, as the management in the classroom is not the same for each country because the reality of students is very different.
