First of all, I want to thank the challenge organizer who started this course and explained here the difference between a teacher and a student. Through this, the child can learn what to do and how we can move forward. Because many teachers are qualified and have the skill of this thing and through this skill, they tell us their techniques. Keeping the same thing in mind as a teacher I will also perform my bit here hope you guys will like it.

When teaching, what steps will you use to create an active and fun classroom atmosphere?

For any work that we want to start, first of all, we have to make some strategies before starting it. The strategies by which we start and finish our work. For this we need many steps, we follow the steps that make this work easy for us. Similarly, a teacher also has this skill that he first makes a good strategy of his own and through this strategy, he teaches his students. And he accordingly gives his students an activity and a fun environment. And along with that he keeps his students active and makes them interested in the work as well. When you give a fun environment to children, they will automatically fulfill their work with dedication and good manners.

To create a good classroom environment that is fun and engages students in the work in which they learn the most. There are many methods for this task with many results which we will discuss here.

Interactive Activities:

Interactive activities mean that we should use a variety of game cues and hands-on activities according to the lesson topic. Through activities like these, children learn more because they continue their work in a fun environment. Because of this, they can learn a lot of good work and also we should appreciate the work being done with cooperation. Encourage those working in the group to continue their work. Encouragement makes the child more successful and more self-motivated.

Varied Technique Method:

Use multimedia music and interactive digital objects while studying. Try to teach children using tools that we use in normal life as they are more inclined towards them. And so we have to give an example concerning our lesson related to a real-life example so that it is easy to understand.

Student Participation:

Have an open conversation with your students and encourage them during that conversation. Ask them open-ended questions so that they are as thick as possible. And in the same way, they should provide opportunities by which they can teach their colleagues. As the class presentations usually go on, the child gets motivated and teaches others, which boosts his confidence.

Positive Reinforcement:

Have rewards for participating in any task or for those who strive for that task. So that they can move forward in their environment. Create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. Feel free to let them feel open.

Creating A Comfortable Environment:

The classroom should have a friendly environment where we should have a variety of activities and warm-ups. And so it is necessary to have icebreakers so that the child finds a pleasant and friendly environment. And because of this environment, he will do well because when the place to sit is found then the environment should also be found good. If the environment is good, children will be more motivated to study.

What were the results after you implemented these steps, were the students actively involved and happy following your lesson?

Whenever we apply a new strategy to our students, we get two results. Some results we get positive some results we get negative. Because many people don't match each other and no matter how hard they try they can't produce the same output as each other. For this, we first have some positive outcomes which I will discuss below followed by some negative outputs which I will discuss again below. Which shows us what we have to face.

Positive Outcomes

Increased Engagement:

As such, students are more likely to participate and contribute to discussions. Because it is a motivation for them to participate in their other activities, when a student participates in another general activity or class activity, he will be successful again. Because he has knowledge, skill, courage, and confidence, and with this confidence, he can do anything.

Enjoyment of Learning:

The benefit of providing a fun environment and pleasant atmosphere is that a student looks forward to other classes. He is bound to see the environment of other classes which leads him further and further.

Better Understanding:

The advantage of conducting interactive activities is that they can help students understand concepts more effectively. Because what we are studying in theory gives us more understanding when we do the practical. For example, if we are watching a play, we see it physically, due to which its shape is fixed in our mind. Due to this, we remember for a long time, similarly, our activities grow more, and understand more by doing practical.

Challenges And Mixed Results

Varied Participation Level:

Meanwhile, there are still many students who feel shy to participate in their activities, which leaves them behind. When you hesitate in any work, you cannot progress in that work. If you cross it with full confidence, success will surely kiss your feet.

Overenthusiasm:

When a friendly environment is provided in the classroom, the noise becomes more intense. During which chaos can occur. At this point, it becomes difficult for us to maintain our main purpose. Because in chaos, students get engaged but deviate from their main goal.

In your opinion, what are the weaknesses and strengths of the strategies you have used?

By adopting this strategy, we have achieved such feats that we make certain things very strong in our students. But still, there are some shortcomings due to which the child remains awake. And what are the Strengths and Weaknesses I will explain below.

Recreational activities can sometimes lead to loss of control if we don't manage them well. The class environment can be bad. Meanwhile we have to manage our class in a fun as well as good manner.

Diverse Learning Styles:

Not all students respond equally to the same activities and some prefer more traditional methods. One thing we see is that during this time, not all students behave in the same way. Not everyone gets the same response, some do better than others.

Time Constraints:

When we come up with interactive activities, we lose time during which we cannot fulfill our main purpose. So in this work interactive activities, we have to adhere to the time during which our work is completed.

Summary

And we should create a safe and fun environment in which all students participate equally. And everyone should have the right to ask any question or to answer any question. But in this work, we have to take care that we have to manage them in a good way. So that there is no chaotic atmosphere in the classroom. Because during this time we have to face a lot of difficulties when there is chaos, the students withdraw from the goal. But they have to be managed in such a way that they are provided with activities, they are also provided with recreational environment and they are also given all the knowledge according to what they come to learn.
