Weird first thought is 'cup cake' but I don't bake cup cakes. I'm not fond of it. I prefer a large cake. One you can cut into slices most of all the one my grandmother made. These days are over since she died long ago. She never ate her cake by the way. It was for visitors only and always enough. It lasted two days. My cake lasts about one hour but it can be 30 minutes too. My grandmother would be shocked if she saw we ate the entire cake and don't save a part for the next day or two days 😏 (op = op).
Winter is on it's way. I'll try not to cook and bake too much. I need to save on gas because I need gas to heath up the place a bit. It only makes a small difference but for now it's enough. Once it's -10 or colder I see how to stay warm.
I could say two cats keep me warm but it isn't true. I keep them warm. They steal my body warmth and the hearh of the hot water bag that hides underneath the blanket.

That cake looks great. It's just like when I make my cake at home. It lasts very little. My son and I share with friends and then our share is gone very quickly.
Better hide your share of cake before the visitors arrive!
Hahaha, we always have our own, but we like to share a little bit.
With cream and chovolate sprinkles and after one day resting it tasted way better.
Always serve yourself first it'sgone before you know. Next day I regret it.

I do it but less frequently. The hours of the day go by very fast. And to be writing here and there takes some time away.
You know I have a lot on my plate. Now I make the cake just for the house. I don't sell cakes or cookies anymore because the income is now enough for the expenses. Thank God we are slowly recovering our economy.
