This is my firat time hearing about phagagophobia. I have read about a lot of phobia but not this one.
I am a person who love food so much but I do have slight fear when eating fish with a lots of small bones. The bones once stuck in my throat and forcefully pull it out which cause me pain for days.

Even so, I still eat fish but with double extra precautions.
