I think that a nap is always recommended when we work with tasks that involve physical and mental fatigue. The nap should be a few minutes, from 10 to 30 minutes. When that period of time is exceeded, it is no longer a nap and waking up can change and be a little dazed.
Instead of feeling upbeat after a short nap, with a long nap we can fall into mental confusion.
