I noticed too the clubstatus isn't accurate and the only way to fugure it out is to know all rules and calculate it by hand.
I just read the curator teams do not work in the same way and those without comments for example do not deserve an upvote. I read more "rules" meaning nothing changed and Steemit will not be able to attract better writers or make them join a club.
After reading this my first reaction is: I give up.
I thank you 3 for making a difference. I saw how you did by upvoting and encouraging writers with potential. It may take time for some to grow but I see the change. It might be within a small group but it is there.

Luego de esta experiencia como curadora, y a raíz de la actitud de @weisser-rabe, que apunta hacia "Apoyar al talento", me he puesto a reflexionar: ¿Hacia sónde va Steemit? He visto, por ejemplo, que a los nuevos usuarios, pocas veces, les dan votos decentes, razón por la cual estos llegan a la plataforma se dan una zambullida, las olas los revuelcan, y al poco tiempo se van, con el recuerdo de una mala experiencia.
Por otro lado, hay poca delicadeza con respecto a "educar a los nuevos usuarios con respecto al uso de la inteligencia artificial o del plagio".
Recientemente leí a una nueva usuaria que había utilizado inteligencial para publicar. Le hice saber su error, con mucha decencia, y traté de orientarla al respecto. Ella agradeció el comentario y mostró interés por aprender las reglas de esta red social. La invité a ir a la comunidad de nuevos usuarios. Espero que sea bien tratada, pues es una profesional de la optometría, y tal vez esté buscando tener un ingreso monetario adicional al que tiene.
No soy por naturaleza irrespetuosa. Sin embargo, en un lugar donde tantos concursos se realizan sobre valores humanos, creo que debemos tener más coherencia entre el discurso y la acción.

Ayer visité a los recién llegados y me sorprendió lo que leí/vi. ¿Hay orientación? Uno me di cuenta de más de 1 AI texto pero sin respuesta sólo el primer logro estaba bien. He leído más de estos así que me pregunto cuál es el punto. Algunos pueden escribir por qué todas las tonterías y pérdida de tiempo, me encuentro con los que tienen certificado diario, pero ni idea de cómo o qué, otros son viejos steemians y si hablo con ellos interesados y preguntan cómo hacer tal o cual cosa.
No creo que los que predican sean todos un gran ejemplo.
Me alegro de haberte conocido con tu gran concurso pero todo esto, hombre oh hombre, me hace correr. No puede ser tan difícil estimular y ayudar un poco. No hace falta ser perfecto las palabras, el mensaje, lo que se crea cuenta.
Todo lo que puedo decir es que estoy disappounted. Es como con los premios.. Sin conocimiento, objetividad no va a funcionar.

Hi Kitty, I'm delighted with your praise! Yes, I think we've made a difference and stayed true to ourselves. It's very, very time-consuming. As someone with a regular job and a good life alongside steem, it's too strenuous to do it regularly, let alone all the time. That's one of the reasons why I'm in favour of a lot more changing sc curators. Also because otherwise, despite the best intentions, you end up taking the easy way out and voting for the "usual suspects". Because you can be sure that nothing is plagiarised, nothing is generated and that meaningful content is always delivered. A lot would have to change, we know that. Unrealistic. We know that too. So giving up is out of the question (I can't, it's genetic or something... ;-)) And that is exactly what will ultimately lead to the better: many people with such "genetic defects".
