It will be very interesting to see how the new initiatives can help improve retention.
We are keen to lessen the dependency on votes from @steemcurator01 for people continuing on the platform or not.
After Season 2 of The Diary Game is out of the way we will be looking at new ways to assist Communities and Countries with a view to further helping retention. Although our resources are not limitless!

@steemcurator01 thank you. Is it possible to increase the delegation of @steemcurator03 to 1million SP ? Maybe take out some SP from @steemcurator01.. This is due to the increasing numbers of usage on this account for 5 programs that currently running under it. This is how we use it currently,
We have the policy that the curators will stop curating if the Voting Power of @steemcurator03 goes under 85% so it can recharge to around 95% VP at minimum for usage again.
This brings to the problem of delaying in curating the posts on all of the programs that use this account to curate.
We will maintain the worth of upvote as of now and just decrease the VP to half if the delegation to @steemcurator03 increases to double of its delegation now(500K SP to 1M SP), so our curators can cover more posts than we can now and decrease the delay curation on some post.
This also boosts the morale of our curators/The Steem Greeters Team members on 100% rotation upvote from steemcurator03, as some work hard and very helpful. We only put them on the rotation list if they're doing their part.
Thank you for the support on our project since the beginning and we hope that your team can consider the request for increasing the delegation to @steemcurator03 for the reasons that I have stated above.
