A very warm hello from Team 1

Don't be surprised—there's a bit of rotation, and this time we have been given the responsibility to hunt down good posts, comments, and content in the sea of Steemit.

Who Are TEAM 1?

Team 1 is made up of users who are familiar with the platform and regularly engage with many authors. Representing various parts of the world, we aim to support a diverse range of authors. Many of you may already know us, and we're excited to work together.

Now that I am done with the formalities, I can focus on more pressing issues. We are not promising a revolution, but we certainly have an exciting guideline to follow. As most of you know, the rules have been thoughtfully molded and re-defined by the Steemit team, and we will be curating along those inspiring lines. Together, we can create engaging and meaningful content that truly stands out. Let's embrace this opportunity to showcase our creativity and make every post count!

Here is the link to these guidelines:

And if I speak from a personal point of view, it's very much the same as what I stated in my comment under the guidelines for June by our team.

While it's very subjective what to vote for or curate, I will try my best to upvote the deserving posts. Quality will always matter! And of course one has to give something valuable to the STEEM ECOSYSTEM to get our support. Be it your precious time, votes, engagement or meaningful posts and comments!

It's always give and take...

And most of the guidelines remain the same as suggested by @o1eh in our team's last month curation guidelines. Here's the summary:

Common Goal

In our work, we will adhere to the following principles:

  • Support as many talented authors as possible
  • To work together as a team
  • To encourage and lend support to users of the platform
  • To reward content with 'content with a purpose', and 'content with an audience.'
  • To seek good content both within communities and outside of communities
  • To reward good comments to encourage Steemians not only to comment on qualified posts but also to comment well.

Guidelines

The following guidelines will be followed.

  • We are introducing some innovations regarding post tags. We will be focusing on #thediarygame, #food, and #arts. However, this does not mean we will ignore other tags. Instead, we encourage you to use the mentioned tags in the most innovative and unique ways possible. We hope the diaries will go beyond just "brushing teeth" and "washing face.

  • The content must be plagiarism- and AI-free.

  • The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.

  • We will be attracted to meaningful and thorough posts, but if a person is a photographer or an artist and his posts feature visual art with a minimum amount of text, he can also count on our support.

  • Authors with a Voting CSI greater than 5, that is, those who are not only waiting for support, but also supporting the community themselves, will have a higher chance of receiving support.

Voting Percentages

Previously, here we had a table with a strict distribution of voting percentages in relation to the club status of the author. This month we decided to make a change as well. From now on, only the curator will decide with what percentage to vote for a post and, therefore, he will be responsible for his choice. From now on, not the club status, but only the quality of the post will determine the level of support. The same will apply to comments.

BUT

That doesn't mean a very high-quality post meeting all the criteria of the Community Support Index—whether through comments, engagement, or upvoting—will be viewed the same as one from an author who doesn't bother to give back to the community in any form, whether through powering up or any other means. At the end of the day, we are part of this Steem Ecosystem!

Team 1 is committed, dedicated, and excited to contribute to the growth of Steemit community.

Happy posting!
