Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 29th October to 04th November, 2024.

This is my 29th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

My 29th week from 29th October to 04th November, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts.

I also serve as moderator of communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.

I am also working as a Community Curator during the month of November. I have a new member on my team @wirngo from Cameroon who has become a Community Curator for the first time. I am guiding him all the time. She is a very quick learner as a newbie and can grasp the guidelines easily.

Gave guidelines to users :

I have guided several Bangladeshi newbie users this week as usual. They often do things outside of Steemit rules due to lack of proper guidance. In particular, they do not use images in articles properly. As with diary game posts, using photos from different days rather than representing a specific day's activities.

There are many newbies who can't use free images in articles or add sources. I have carefully explained them and given them guidelines.

I also guided to improve the quality of the posts and invited to contact me on Discord if necessary. I also help out on Discord when the user needs it.

Also I always want all users of steemit to work here honestly and orderly. I am always ready to give them proper guidelines and suggestions. For this I am always grateful that the Steemit team has hired me to serve the Platform.

Curation Guidelines.

I have published the Curation Guidelines post for Curator Team 06 of November/2024. We are the Queen Bees team, who will be working on community curation for the month of November/2024. We have detailed the highlights of how we will work throughout the month in the guidelines. We as team members are hoping that we will support good writers this month. Our aim will be to work hard to find good content and reward creative content creators. Also, we will provide appropriate guidance to users if they find any errors in their post.
