Our Achievements |Summary Report |Country Representative (INDIA)
Hi steemit team @steemcurator01, this Summary report is regarding all the progress that we have made in the month of August.
During this month I made 4 weekly steem Greeters/Country Representative reports and 4 weekly Curation reports by @steemcurator07 account.
Steem Greeter/CR
Over the last four weeks, I have greeted as many as 91 newcomers. And the number of people following pro-minnow programs stands at 63. I have reported the same in my weekly report as well.
Here is the detailed summary of the monthly report with weekly break up:-
First week
In the first week of August I greet a total of 45 Newcomers coming to steem from worldwide! Mostly newcomers were from India, bangladesh followed by Nigeria.
According to First weekly report There were a total of 46 newcomers following the Pro Minnow program from India.
Their achievement taks were upvoted and successfully kept in a Google sheet To track Them.
Second week
During the second week of August 2020 I was Able to Greet a total of 17 Newcomer's came to Steem from worldwide
According to Second weekly Report there were a total of 55 Newcomer's following the pro minnow program
There Achievement tasks were Fairly upvoted by @steemcurator03 account And successfully registered in the Google sheet to keep a track of them.
Third week
According to this Third weekly report during this week I Greet a total of 9 Newcomer's coming to steem from worldwide. This week less people joined and i couldn't track some of them because I was having some really bad issues with my internet connection.
During this week I also Organised a Contest BEST OF INDIA, first ever Contest on Steem only for indian steemians Exclusively for Indian steemians And it was my first contest and it went quite successfull because of Active Indians steemians who supported it.
This week went entirely busy with contest stuff but it was worth it as many people participated in the contest.
Fourth week
According to this Fourth weekly report During fourth week I greet a total of 20 Newcomers who came into steem Not just from India but from worldwide
In the fourth week I Organised another contest logo contest for community logo.
CONTEST
I also organized the first-ever contest(in the third week of this month) exclusively for the Indian community with a total prize pool of 20 +10(sponsored by @sumit10698) STEEM and upvotes from the Steemcurator07 account to the five winners. The response was overwhelming as it improved the engagement in the Indian community of Steem Blockchain.
So here is the summary of the Contest and the distribution of prizes.

CURATION UPDATE
Over the last Three weeks, I have curated as many as 159Posts of different users, it mostly included diary entries.
Full support was given to entries made by Indian users who participated in @musicforsteem @isha.ish and @ankitwish they received 100% upvote by @steemcurator07 on their entries.
Fourth weekly report for Curation with 07 is still pending which I'll include in next month summary report.
I'm also curating achievement 2,3 and 4 Tasks by @steemcurator03 account
OUTSTANDING NEWCOMERS
Our outstanding newcomers are @neerajkr03, @sahilgupta both of them have completed all the achievement tasks and now quite a successful Steemian and now bringing value to steem Blockchain

I Created Best of India community Exclusively for indians to grow together on Steem.
I created it like 20 days ago and now it has 120+ subscribes which Is growing really fast

The consistent recurring authors in the first, second and third week is really a very good sign for this campaign, I hope as we progress the number should go up. However, I also want to see more unique authors in each successive week and that would be in line with consistent recruitment of 3R's.
The outgoing votes look very diverse and that's how the distribution of votes should be.
@neerajkr03, @sahilgupta both are very active since day one and have shown their positive intent. That is what this ecosystem expect from newcomers. I am sure they would succeed and adapt to this ecosystem with this consistency.
