COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE WEEKLY REPORT FOR THE PAST WEEK - GHANA

Dear Steemit Team,

It is another week and a great pleasure bestowed upon me to come to you yet again with my weekly report as a country representative for Ghana covering my activities done to support Ghanaians on the blockchain, steem promotional activities and my plans for the future.

I must say it has been a smooth sail so far since my inception as a country representative and i have had a wonderful team to work with both as a promoter and a supporter of Ghanaian steemians on the blockchain. Without much ado, here is a summary of my week.

Top 5 Post of the Week

---

Currently running the 2nd edition since it's start the top 5 post of the week presentation has seen to it that Ghanaians and members who post through the Ghanaian community up their game in terms of post quality, creativity and innovation. The winners at the end of every week are rewarded with steem, a 100% upvote from my personal account and a 100% upvote from the steem-ghana account.

I will be continuing this activity as the weeks goes by and would me open to all suggestions and innovative ideas and changes that comes along as we move into the future. My report for this activity can be found here.

Campus Connect Flyers Distribution, KNUST

Within the week as a steem promoter for Ghana i embarked on a promotional activity with my co-promoter @mcsamm and was privileged to also have 3 more steemians join us in our campaign to spread the news of steem to the students in Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. It was a wonderful event indeed and opportunities were massive.

A 100 steem received from @stephenkendal was used to make these flyers which were shared and we also got the opportunity to use the hall DJ's platform to announce steem to inhabitants encouraging them to look it up. My report for this activity can be found here

Steem Greeter and Steemcurator03

As a greeter for the newcomers community in the past week i was able to help curate 51 achievement tasks and verify 6 newbies into the Ghanaian community. These individuals were updated into the SUT accordingly and encouraged to give their all and complete all achievement tasks to be more conversant with the platform.

Curation was done with steemcurator03 and my report on this also features activities covering my personal account in terms of curations and the communities which i worked in which include steem-ghana, promosteem and newcomers community all of which i serve as a moderator and a country rep for Ghana. Steem Exercise Books

---

Once again as a promoter for Ghana i worked hand in hand with my co-promoter and with our own resources funded the first ever steemit exercise books which we would be distributing to deprived communities and children homes that we would be visiting in the very new future as our act of charity and our way of also promoting steem.

We also intend to share this with students on the various campuses under the umbrella of campusconnectghana. The books have the contacts of promoters on it which makes it easier for anyone to reach out to us should they come across the book and develop interest in steem. Do find my report on that here

Powerup

---

Within the past week i have been able to make a total 350 powerup, i do plan to powerup as much as i can with every single payout i earn to be able to grow my total SP quickly, adding to what i already have to be able to support more and more Ghanaians each day.

I am currently holding an effective power of 8,611.18 SP after my 1700 delegations shared between steem-ghana, promosteem community and campusconnect. I also intend to continue to admonish all Ghanaians to consistently powerup for us all to grow together and add up to the blockchain.

Ghana Discord Party

This week i also co-organized our 2 weekly discord party with mcsamm during which we had lots of healthy discussions on steem promotion in Ghana, powerups, how to become consistent and other matters. Our next party would happen in the next two weeks until then we will continue to educate and learn using our platforms on telegram and whatsapp.
