My Weekly Report as Country Representative for the Philippines from August 23-29, 2022 by @loloy2020
Greetings and A Blessed Day Everyone!
It's been over a month since I began my role as a Country Representative for the Philippines, along with my co-CR @juichi, and we've been working hard for the benefit of our Filipino Steemians and the Steemit platform as a whole. I thank God for always meeting my needs and guiding me along the way, as well as the Steemit Team, who consistently supports my work as well as our community through their projects and initiatives.
As I continue to serve my countrymen, it was a great feeling to see them grow in our community, and it wasn't only because of us Admins and Moderators, but also because of God's help and guidance, as well as the support of the Steemit Team. For this reason, I will always be grateful to all who helped me, and in return, I will do my best for the community and to everyone who supports me.
Now, in terms of my weekly report as Country Representative for the Philippines, it can be divided into the following categories.

Community Contest
We have concluded again another contest and we thank everyone who have particiapted, the announcement of winners can be seen on the link below.

Just recently, we have started another weekly contest to encourage our members to be active. We make sure that everyone can participate, so we make it simple but still must follow the standards of making content.
Now, here is the details of the new weekly contest we have in the community.
Steemit Philippines Community Contest of the Week: Easy Writing Contest (Aug. 30 - Sept. 6, 2022)
I have assigned one of our moderator to initiate another contest for this week and he our moderator from Mindanao Area, @long888. This time he make sure that everyone can easily participate for we want our members to participate. This week's contest is all about "Easy Writing Contest", we want our members to write anything they want as long as it meets the requirements as instructed on the contest post.
The contest will end on September 6, 2022 but if we see lesser number of participants, we often extend it for more days.

Community Update
One of our future plans is to add two more Moderators for our community most especially a moderator from Luzon Area which we are lacking now. Just recently, we have announced the application for two new Moderators and hopefully by the middle of the month, we will know and announcement them on the community.

As a leader and country representative, we must set as an example to all our members within the community, both my personal account and the community account. Together with my co-admin who have all the access of the Community Account Keys, we were tasks to do some activities of the community account.

Moderators Weekly Report Summary
To give credits to the efforts of our moderators who continuously supporting and give their best for the growth of our Community, here is a lists and summary of their weekly reports.
Future Plans
One of our future plans is now finally implemented and waiting for the result. As of now, we are looking for perfect time to implement the second future and added another one.
This plan is finally implemented in the community.
- Add two new Moderators - As of the moment we only have 5 Moderators assigned in the three major islands in the Philippines, the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao but we need more especially those members who's permanently living in the Luzon area. More details about this and how to apply will follow.
To choose Best 3 Post every Week - Our Moderators are tasks to share their own weekly report in the community and part of it were top 3 posts to receive Booming Upvote. Now, from Monday to Sunday the Te will going to choose Best 3 Post of the week who will win Steem Prizes.
To have a Referral Program - This plan is suggested by my co-admin and co-CR @juichi in which we wanted to encourage our members to invite their friends to join Steemit and our community itself. To do this, we have discussions on our Group Chat about this and soon to be announce the final outcome.
For more than one month as a country representative is indeed a challenge for us but still grate for whatever we do in the community and will continue to do it by God's grace.
This would be all for my fifth weekly report as Country Representative for the Philippines and thank you to Steemit Team for the unending support not only to me but most especially to our community.
