Weekly Report As Steem Representative: May 11 to May 17, 2024 - #5

In the 5th report after last month's Steem Representative Update by the Steemit Team, I reported a series of activities over the last 7 days which were summarized in several activities.
As a regular contest organizer, I report active contests and contests that have been announced which can be seen in the table below.

The table listed above shows 1 active contest and 1 contest that I have determined to be the best writer, for both of these contests I allocated prizes in the form of Steem power.
From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there is 20.1 ( 0.00 % self, 211 upvotes, 136 accounts, last 7d ) I use vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.
As a community admin and Steem Representative, I actively moderate community posts every day, in several posts, I also insert input and suggestions for writers to improve the quality of their content in the form of writing style (markdown).
I also actively interact with other Steemians both directly and through the comments column outside the steem for betterlife community
This week I encouraged steemians to continue to be active on the platform, for example one user in Indonesia who had lost his account, I recommended him to create a new account and he has done so. Then it has received a verified label from the Greeters Team.
I emphasize the importance of mastering achievement as an important part of Steemit so that the same thing is not repeated in the future.
In undergoing moderation in the community, I also actively encourage users to be consistent, "Never look at the results achieved by other users, but look and learn how the process works so that they can grow and develop on this platform."
The user paradigm of a platform without long-term content would just be a temporary user, sign up for an account, write a few posts and when they don't get support, they leave.
I also convey the emphasis on club status in moderation as the most important part for users so that they get support from the community Curation Team. Several cases have been found where users use certain club tags but do not power up at all.
Fluctuations in the prices of Steem and SBD are sometimes a factor that causes users to leave club status, for example by cashing out an amount of SBD with a ratio of 1:13, but when the conversion value becomes 1:12 and so on it will affect their club status if the amount of cash out made is comparable with power-ups.
Usually, this case occurs to users with club5050 status.

I wonder if one has no longer access to an account and starts a new one what the 'greeting team' does. Can one continue or is one a newcomer again?
A hacked account be 'saved' but not an account without a posting key or active key?

One user lost a copy of the pdf because his phone was damaged, the operating system went down so it couldn't be turned on again. Previously I reminded him that he could save it on Google Drive or another cloud.
He did this but did not change the Google Drive settings so that the PDF copy in the form of a steem key was not uploaded to the mobile internet network.
The organization of the contest can be discussed with @el-nailul and @heriadi because they are the ones who decide. I think there needs to be lots of fresh contests with a variety of users so the community can continue to grow in the future.
A tip might be too to email it to yourself if it can't be printed. Pity that happened and frustrating as well.

I have no idea what contest to host. I love stories is that possible or a freewrite, a bit of humour would be nice? It would be good if people improved their writing skills.
I also like the contest to be open to everyone, no matter the club. It's up to you what you want with the community. It's not that I'm bored to death. Most contests are the same it's getting boring.
We can do a series of 'breakfast with", a series" How do you describe.. " or...
What I can't do is the checking of voting power, plagiarism and so on.
I can post with this account, I don't care about club 100 or 75, and pay the price uvf, sbi, steem
