Last Report & Resignation As Steem Representative
Steem Representative should be able to provide the expected contribution by being able to be a Role Model for other steemians and I realize that this role cannot be carried out properly in the last 1 year.
The increasing workload in the real world and job transfers in early 2025 will affect my next role as Steem Representative.
I realize that this is difficult, but if you look at the history of the last 4 months of not submitting an application as a Community Curator Team and the decline in content publication in terms of quantity and quality, I have resolved to resign from my position as Steem Representative and assume a role in the development of Steem for Betterlife Community.
I would like to thank you for this great opportunity, and I hope to be able to return to play a role in the Steemit Team initiative if the workload in the real world returns to normal.

For moderation and guidance, I only emphasize to avoid using AI in creating posts, I see this activity is not new and even only users with multiple accounts use this instant method to release posts in large quantities from several different accounts.
It is planned that in 2025 together with World Smile Project Int will also realize World Carbon as previously published and it is hoped that this positive activity can have an impact on the environmental ecosystem.
Here’s the final report as a Steem Representative, and it’s also my resignation. I’m excited to continue making a positive impact on the community, even though I’m not a Steem Representative anymore.

HI @irawandedy, I noticed that your activities started to decline last 3-4 months. Often we have time when we want to take some rest from that daily hard work on Steemit platform and it is indeed hard work taking a lot of time and concentration. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not able to replace our work in real life and cover our expenses that is why we have to set priorities.
You have show hard and persistent work and definitely deserves some time for you and you activities with your own pace.

In an effort to optimize my time management between work and Steemit, I have encountered challenges that have compromised my sleep quality. Consequently, I am currently experiencing only 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night. This sleep deprivation has adversely affected my eye health, necessitating a temporary hiatus from my application for the Curation Team.
The decision to resign from my position as Steem Representative is a personal choice, and I intend to remain an active Steemian while pursuing professional endeavors in the real world.

That is the best decision, at least you can do posting and being active with commenting, without feeling a pressure of commitment, that is very refreshing, that was a reason for resignation for me about a year ago too. Healthy sleep is the most important recreation!

Saya pikir tidak menjadi SR bukanlah sebuah hambatan dalam berinteraksi, saya menyadari bahwa minimnya peran yang saya lakukan harus disikapi secara bijak dan mengedepankan aspek profesionalitas kerja.

I’m so grateful for the chance to be part of the Steemit Team Initiative Program. This is a huge opportunity for me to grow and contribute to the Steem ecosystem.
I know this is a tough decision, but I have to choose and be a responsible person in my work as a government employee. I can’t fully commit to being a Steem Representative while also fulfilling my responsibilities.
Being a part of the platform is my dream, and I’ll stay here and do my best to contribute to the Steem for Betterlife Community and World Smile Project.

I am pretty sad about you resigning from the steem representative post. As I have been following you, since I joined this platform. Anyways, it’s your own decision, and I can understand the coercion due to the workload outside of this platform, as I am myself involved in serving the rural population of my country and for me, it’s very hard to find time to be active here on steemit for the duration that I had anticipated before joining it. I wish you luck in your future endeavours and I believe you will find the tasks ahead of you very easy to accomplish.
Life is full of choices, and everyone needs to be able to think clearly when deciding what’s most important. That’s exactly what I’m doing right now, and I’ve decided to move on and focus on my work in the real world and on my platform.
Even though I’m not an SR, I still get to interact with everyone, share my knowledge, and support each other.
