First Weekly Report as Indonesia Country Representative - August 02, 2022

According to the latest update from @steemitblog about Steemit Update [ 26 July 2022 ] : New Country Representative, I thank you for your trust so that I was chosen to be one of the 9 country representatives
Indonesia, this is a momentum for me to continue to push the growth of the platform, both in terms of the quantity of users and the quality of posts.

The first step I took to encourage the realization of my vision and mission as the new CR Indonesia was to carry out several activities:

1. Have joined the WhatsApp Country Representative Indonesia group.
   WhatsApp groups are a medium of coordination and communication for Indonesia's Country Representatives in achieving common goals, both increasing the quantity of platform users and the quality of posts.
2. Together with other CR Indonesia, they scheduled an important meeting related to improving the quality of user posts through sharing/writing training on the steemit platform (under discussion).
3. Encourage the use of curation for users through the Community Curation Team, starting from SC04 to SC09. This is done to see the lack of related posts published by users, for example using the "FinTech" theme, which so far has had minimal posts.
4. Printing clothes and other fashion that encourages promotion of Steemit and other steemit programs such as the #burnsteem25 campaign
5. Keep releasing contests regularly with boom support and other prizes.
6. Regularly with other CRs hold meetings both with fellow Indonesian CRs and with members.
7. Implement Charity Programs on a national and international scale under the World Smile Project Int.
8. Provide curation evenly for users in the community and users in Indonesia in general.
9. Curate SC05 based on the results of verification and validation of curation feasibility
10. Verify Steem Challenge Engagement For BetterLife Community
11. Curate World Smile Project accounts
12. Reporting Update Cash Flow World Smile Project Int regularly
13. Manage the Community intensely, both releasing information updates/announcements and other community posts.

Currently, I regularly organize several contests to encourage the birth of active posters in the community, while the contests that I release include;

In the Community Curation Team on July 29, 2022, I have curated the "Fintech" Theme of 11 posts, if it refers to club status, I have curated 6 posts on club5050, 3 posts on club75 and 2 posts on club100. Furthermore, when viewed in terms of language, of the 11 curated posts, 7 posts are in English and 2 each are in Spanish and Indonesian. Posts with the "fintech" theme are hard to find for curation and this has become an important agenda for me while I was CR Indonesia to change the paradigm and mindset of users so as to produce content that is relevant to the theme of the curation team.

Mentoring is a strategic step that should be taken to encourage the improvement and use of curation opportunities from the community Curation Team, for that the effectiveness of mentoring is not only through social media/WhatsApp groups but together with other Country Representatives to arrange regular meeting schedules with Steemit users in Indonesia.

To encourage the implementation of the Indonesia Country Representative Program, we will resume the donation program to the @countryreps-id account, the donation will be used for mobilization and accommodation costs for CR Indonesia in carrying out regular programs. We will openly invite all steemit users in Indonesia by providing consumption/snacks when platform growth meetings are held.

As Country Representative and manager of World Smile Project Int, my team and I are responsible for continuing to promote steem in the form of this project, we encourage the birth of new steemians through the steem symbol and logo on every project we run.

This is my first report on my activities as an Indonesian Country Representative, I hope that I and other Country Representatives can realize the vision and mission of the Indonesian Country Representative in synergy.
