My Weekly Steem Representative Report.

Dear Steemit Team,

I'm so excited to report my activities as Steem Representative for the last week of December 2023. It was a great year full of both happiness and sadness, joy and cry, comfort and discomfort, encouragement and discouragement, a year I've made real friends on the platform who always look out for me, though they are few, I hope to hold them dear to my heart, also a year I got to know my friendenemies who pretends to love me but are deadly gossips! We'll such is life. I've carried out all my duties responsibly, as a Greeter, MOD, Curator and Steem Representative below is the highlight.

Greeter:

The number of incoming newbies is increasing exponentially, most especially From Nigeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Venezuela, other countries are coming in but the aforementioned are taking the lead. Last week I was able to verify so many accounts, some through video calls and those who complied with the greeter's request. I've verified from achievement tasks 1 - 5.3. I've continued to assist new ones both from my country and others on WhatsApp, guiding them on how to carry out their tasks properly, and how to write quality posts. I'm always friendly with all of them so they feel welcomed.

Curator:

My team and I carried out the Curator's duties efficaciously, as I said before many new ones are coming in so they can't get support in all the Posts they've published daily again, we've tried to be fair so that all of them can at least get support twice a week so far they are active. I've continued to encourage them to be original, creative, unique, active and consistent, to always engage meaningfully with fellow users and most importantly power up since that's the only way they can grow their accounts.

I worked twice last week and was privileged to spotlight two best posts on the fourth week and last week. I made our fourth week's report and while working I only encountered a few plagiarism, and only 1 AI generated post I've cautioned the offenders telling them how serious is the offense and then advised them to continue with their achievement tasks in the Newcomers' community to get to know the platform very well.

Moderator In The Steemkids/Parents Community:

I dropped my position as a Moderator in Steemkids and Parents last week, though the Contest I initiated Mytownin10Pics- Churches/Mosques was still running but it will expire today.

I will fully resume my duty as Steem4betterlife Moderator this week, I will be reviewing posts and organising interesting contests there.

Though most of my work last week was offline I tried to be active, I actively engaged with others and supported them with my little Steem Power Which can be seen in my Voting CSI 16.0 ( 0.00 % self, 140 upvotes, 101 accounts, last 7d). I've powered up and I'm growing bit by bit and I hope to achieve a great feat this 2024, I know the journey might not be easy though but I'm very determined, and I believe I will get there through consistency and power up.

It was a year to be grateful for, and I want to use this opportunity to thank the Steemit team for their loving support, and for all the opportunities they've given, these mean a lot to me and it keeps me going, I'm sorry right now I'm short of words to express my gratitude but I love and appreciate you 💕 and I hope to continue to lead an exemplary life for follow users to mimic, I will continue giving my best!
