• Must be complying with any of the club status initiatives ( #club5050, #club75, #club100) and not using a bot. Sharing original content and are #steemexclusive.

• Must be a verified and active user.

Technically, you were only active about 11 months ago and after your power down, you returned to participate in a contest about 4 months ago. In essence, you are not an active user. I will suggest you subscribe to your country's community and others, for now, keep writing quality content to prove how genuine you are then you may be eligible to participate in the Academy later.

Take note of a few things highlighted here to ensure you are doing the right thing. Your entry into the Academy at this moment would be considered invalid.
