I think we will just have to enforce the engagement rule. It will look difficult from the start, but we can do it. Our team is all about encouraging authors to learn more about the platform(steemgrowth). This can only be possible if they read and comment.

We learn by asking questions, and you will only ask a question after reading and do not understand. That is why we have the comment section, it's time to make use of it and not just drop a post and disappeared.
