This is Life and Humanity curation team - The Optimum Seven, reporting their seventh week of curatorial activities.
I along with my team (@anroja, @disconnect, @ngoenyi, @olesia, @saracampero, @svm038) take turns throughout the week to check posts in the #actofkindness and #thediarygame tags.
Among the two tags that we check, #thediarygame is the widely used tag on Steemit so posts are coming in every few minutes. But my efficient and dedicated team members spend some time and check all posts to ensure that no quality and rule abiding post is ignored.
First we check club status of the author. If he's eligible then we rule out use of bid-bots, any kind of plagiarism and make sure the content is exclusive to Steemit. Then we read the post and only if it is of good quality then choose it for curation.
We also try to curate as many unique authors as we can so we try that no author is curated more than twice a week. Also, to use the account efficiently, we collect links for curation before time and as soon as the account gets full, we start voting to avoid any waste of voting power.
Note: We tried to cover as many regions and communities as we could. If you see small number of votes in some area then it's only due to rules violation. We request community administrators and country reps to guide the members about rules.

I choose this publication because the user has described his daily activities in a sequence. He has shown kindness to his family by being present to mourn his deceased. I am also attracted to his rice farm. It's really a bountiful yield. It takes great deal of efforts to cultivate a rice farm because I have an experience about it. This is yet another wonderful report by you @event-hirizon. I am glad to have been in your team all these 7 weeks. Whatever has a begining also has an end. It might be the last for the uptimum seven but I really enjoyed our togetherness, working as a team till the end. I wished we continue but the new rule has just separated us. It is hard to let go but I am left without an option. Well, let's still see how things unfold with the new teams. Thank you once again. I appreciate all your efforts as well as my co-team members: @svm038, @saracampero, @disconnect, @olesia, @androja. Good job to us all! We were great 👍👍👍 team. Thank you all.

Practically, this is the last report, or at least until they change the keys. It was a pleasure to have been part of this team. Unfortunately it had to be disbanded because of the new rules and requirements to apply.

I was happy with the work we did as a team. but we broke up because there can't be more than one representative in the same group. That's why I didn't join another group. and frankly we were one of the best bands. If there will be the same team, if the 'no more than one representative in the same group' rule does not apply, we would like to continue like this for the next month. We were a successful and strong team.
It was a good experience, a bit tough, as curating right content happens to be quite a task. We tried to do the job rightfully and hope everyone was satisfied with our work as well.
Fingers Crossed for the new announcement.
It wasn't easy.. but I loved it. With a passionate team like this, anything is possible.
