Greetings, dear Steem community and all the team!
This is my weekly activity report as Country Representative for Venezuela, administrator of the community Steem Venezuela and Stars of Steem, where my job is to support, guide users, promote initiatives that lead them to create quality content and publicize the initiatives of Steemit.com, this is my report for the period 01-11-2021 to 07-11-2021.
One of the first responsibilities is to perform the healing in support of the Venezuelan content, this I carry out from my personal account @edlili24 and also through my work with the community account @hive-193637, currently in mutual agreement all country representatives agreed to create a healing trail to give special support to the best publications of the top 5 giving 50% of vote with each personal account of CR for each quality publication.
It should be noted that everyone has the responsibility to choose the publications after a schedule that we have been developing for a few months ago, where each of the country representatives select the top and publish them from the community account @hive-193637, what we currently decided to do in mutual agreement all Country Representatives was to give support with the vote of each personal account thus achieving significant support for the best publications of the top 5 of each day.

Steem Venezuela
My activities for this week were summarized in visiting, voting and commenting participations inside and outside the community, always in support of Venezuelans who also publish in other communities, for Thursday 04-11-2021 and Friday 05-11-2021 I visited the participations of users in the top 5 weekly program of community content, giving votes with my personal account, selected votes with the account @hive-193637 and with the account @sv-beca in the latter was activated the trail for significant support with all CR accounts of our country Venezuela.

I also made the selection of the five best publications of each day to be voted by the booming those who were effectively participating in the club5050, I made the publication from the community account @hive-193637, with my personal account I have motivated people to join the club5050 to opt for the special support of the booming. I also made the weekly report of the Steem Venezuela Community, updating the recent delegations of the Venezuelan users and making a summary of all the activities of CR as community programs.

As administrator of this artist community I coordinate the activities of the entire moderating team and I also promote the creation of quality content through the photo challenge that I have been developing for 3 weeks with the main objective of motivating users to make #steemexclusive and quality content emphasizing that all users participate in the #club5050 to get the support of booming.

I have made mention in my diaries, but I have not made a special publication for this, because I still lack some details, I already have an oven, coffee maker, air conditioning and some kitchen utensils but I am missing chairs, tables and other materials, but I trust that soon I can gather for what I need, I already have the commercial registry so that the cafeteria works in my city, I hope it will be a success, I leave you my diary so you can see what I have advanced:
