Greetings dear Steemit Team, grateful and happy for having the opportunity to represent my Country Venezuela, this is my first report as a Country representative, I was seeing how it was done first as presented by @cryptokannon and among others from this wonderful team, because my wish is to present it correctly.

Among the activities that I have been developing in Steemit for some time, they are reading publications first of the Game of the newspaper and of contests made in the community that I administer "Stars Of Steem", commenting on them and curating them.

One of the activities that captured my interest was to induce and help new Steemit users in their growth, I felt motivated as I read publications where people expressed their interest in learning and on other occasions I saw publications that were not rewarded , either due to the lack of the correct use of labels or because they are made in communities with a different objective than the publication (out of context).

This prompted me to create a "Stars of Steem" community where I could gather the people that I had previously invited and of course invite the new users that you got through your presentation, after the creation I organized a small working group With users who managed to function well in Steemit and with the same sense of helping others grow, they understood that we grow when we become a community.

The name of the Community was born because the author of the content is an artist that is my concept, I believe that creating quality and exclusive content makes us a Star that shines with its own light but with the motivation of its viewers, Steemit is like a great constellation that gathers many Stars with diverse talents.

• Heal with my personal account, with the community account and with @ steemcurator05
• Welcome and offer help to new users.
• Invite to carry out The 6 Achievements promoted by @crytokannon.
• Reply to comments on my posts.
• Re-plan the work of the “Stars of Steem” Community.
• Launch the next contest.
• Translate @steemitblog posts.
• Investigate and collect information on the 6 achievements.
