Back again with me @taillah, on this opportunity this morning I want to share some of my welding workshop business, namely when I made my customer orders. And this time I want to share some of the process of making trellis in our welding shop KARYA SEMPURNA.
This time we received some of our customer's orders, after we measured our carts, we immediately made our customer's orders. After we measure correctly, we immediately cut the iron that we want to make for the trellis, and in the cutting process, we must be careful because if we cut it wrong, the trellis we make will not be able to be used. So we always have to be careful during the cutting process. This is a video that friends can see when we cut iron for the manufacture of trellis.
In the cutting process it takes about three hours, after the cutting process is complete, we immediately make the size of the trellis we want to make, and after the size of the trellis is right, our welding shop immediately welds the part of the trellis that we want to make.
In the welding process, our welding shop must weld properly so that the results of the trali we make look better, and so that customers who order a trellis at our welding shop feel happy with the results we make from the welding workshop Karya Sempurna.
The welding process takes about one day because the time we need for the welding stage depends on the number of customer orders, and after the welding process is complete we immediately enter the grinding stage. The grinding process takes about three days. This is a video of the grinding process.
Here are some of the customer orders that we have made. And maybe we will continue the process of painting and installing our customer's orders for the next few days, because this week our welding workshop received a lot of orders from customers.
