Welcome to my blog everyone, today we will be looking at this contest, Developing a tech solution for a problem and I happen to have a problem I feel is becoming bigger and bigger so I decided to also devise a solution which involves a pretty nice application so I would be discussing the problem together with the possible solution to the said problem. There are numerous problems in different societies but some take priority in situations like this. When looking for innovative idea to help solve people's problems, you start by identifying a pressing problem which you can solve. I decided to start by thinking up a problem which could be solved within my own capabilities and this came to my mind EMPLOYMENT . I realized that attimes it's not like there is no employment opportunities but the there is no link between the employer and the employee. No one has the strength to start going from street to street or person to person to ask if there was help needed in a store while some employers put out Help wanted posters but those around him might not be interested or it won't get to the knowledge of the people.
The next line of action for me was to proffer an achieveable solution which would be the best case scenario for the said problem so I decided to come with an app called the The Job Plug.
Now The Job Plug is an Advertising social media application where Employers pay a little fee and advertise any vacant spaces they would love employees to fill in. Here the employer would put down his business location as well as the requirements to qualify for the job and the possible wages & salary. This would hence reduce the number of unemployed people and also make jobs more effective and efficient because they wouldn't lack the appropriate personnel. For those who feel they need higher paying jobs and more to offer, just a quick scroll through the app and one can see if he or she matches the requirements and if they can settle for the salary which is being offered.
Starting a mobile app ain't an easy task too. First of all we need to make sure that the app is working well and devoid of bugs. I would need an app developer to look into all that from the beta-version of the app.
The 2nd thing is to boost app popularity and consumer satisfaction. Referral contests and referral prices would be offered at the start to ensure promotion. Then paid ads on some popular sites would do some justice to it.
The final step is to make the application available on the apple store, play store and on laptop web browsers to further availability and users daily.

It helps in poverty alleviation as it provides jobs to those who are willing and able to work.
it helps keep the idle working class busy and in filling the labour market.
It is available to everyone both iphone users, laptop users and android users as far as they have a working data connection.
Offers relatively low business advert fees compared to using mass and print media to advertise the vacant job spaces in your business. Let us advertise for you at very affordable prices
Disadvantages of the App
As impossible as it may seem, not everyone has access to smartphones especially around these parts where there is a very high rise in phone prices and phone theft is even higher.
There could be a situation where the job requirements are not met by any of the apps users this would lead to unsatisfied users and this would leave a bad review for the business because users are so quick to show their dissatisfaction.
There might be many more disadvantages but these are the ones I can think of at the moment. When the app is eventually launched, we would experience the disadvantages first hand. Thank you very for reading and have a nice day.
