Hello to everyone here in Business Activity community, I hope you all are doing well. Today I will be talking about an important topic that is so vital for one to have a good business running. many key factors are needed and need to be put into consideration before your business can stand out from the rest of it kind. Today we will be looking at a few personalities behind a succeeding business and I will be highlighting them one after the other.

CREATIVITY

Creativity to me is the major key to succeed in a business, an investor is expected to be creative, learn new things, get new ideas for your business advancement. when an investor is creative he attracts more customers, investors always search and think outside the box for possible ways to enhance their business.

When an investor is creative, he gives maximum security to his customers about coming to get high and quality goods. the customers are well assured to come and get new and qualitative goods without having any doubt if the goods in question will be available or not. having this quality as an investor is relevant in other to keep your business on track.

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL

This is one of the greatest charisma that is expected to be seen in an investor. many businesses have crumbled because of the lacking of this charisma in many investors, one needs to have this personality in other to communicate with his customers in a more appreciating and responsible way.

talking or communicating to your customers is relevant in a business. when people come to buy from you not just let them go because they have purchased some goods from you then, find a way to communicate with them later on, keep in touch with your customers because it is necessary and recommended. you do not leave them blank and clueless, when you get new goods you feel they will appreciate do call them from time to time and notify them of the current update.

MAINTAINING A CORDIAL RELATIONSHIP.

This is not far from the first point, it entails you as an investor to keep a good relationship with your customers, show them that you care, do not despise them even if they do not need anything from you at that particular time.
always check up on them, ask after their well-being than that of their family be nice to your customers and also be free with them because it will take your business to another dimension.

I have been doing this it has been helping me, there came a point I was broke and I ran out of cash to get new goods but because I maintained a good relationship with my customers, I was rendered help by those customers. it is always a one-way thing, when you are nice people will also be nice to you, especially to your customers as an investor.

OPEN-MINDEDNESS

An investor should also possess an open-minded personality, this will help the investor to be free with his customers and also receives advice from his customers, and also tell the truth about his goods.

it could be that the goods of an investor may not be that okay for the customer in question so this is where this personality comes to play if at your an investor possess this skill, the customer can as well free their minds and talk to the investor about such goods in other for the investor to create room for adjustment and that will go a long way for the advancement of a good business.

OPEN TO DEVELOPMENT

There diverse of ongoing development in all businesses, now as an investor, your role here is to be open to updates that come from your line of business if at all there are changes in development, try as much as possible to accept the recent development, update the quality of your goods and services.

Many businesses out there are failing drastically because they lack this personality, it is recommended that we update the quality of our goods and services to boost the business to the next level. customers are more current than most investors and that is why as an investor you need to be updated always about issues related to your business. customers want new things, good quality and so on, try to be open to development because it will help your business grow.

PROVIDE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS IN DECISION MAKING

To provide a possible solution entails that sometimes customers come to an investor seeking for a solution or an alternative, many times customers come to be to get a bag and they do not know the kind of bag they need so as an investor I always provide a solution by getting a qualitative bag that is durable and can fit the task they needed it for, so as seen I have provided a solution to their problem.

Do not let your customers go because they do not know what to go for in as much as they want to buy from you, always try to help them out in advising them to go for nice goods, and if they are comfortable with it and it is nice as you said, they will always come back to get more goods from you. that is a nice personality to portray.

CONCLUSION

There are a lot of personalities that are behind several businesses but the few I just talked about are general and they are related to many businesses.

I conclude by saying as an investor there are basic personalities your customer will appreciate if found in you, we should search for these qualities and work on them because I tell you, it is your personality that determines the success of your business., the business might be a nice one and well organized but without these personalities mentioned it will be difficult to attain the desired level of your business.
