I hope you all are doing well and your businesses are also doing well. I was thinking about what to share today then i came up with an idea of sharing about how I manage my business. Let's talk about it ;
My business is not like typical business because my product is living birds so it is totally different from routine products where products can be kept in packings or in boxes. So to manage this life stock i have to keep some protocols in mind.
Following are some important steps that i always keep in mind to manage my birds and for such kind of business they are very necessary. Let me share these with you one by one.
Providing an appropriate and spacy environment ;
Yes a very suitable environment is the most basic need for a good management of environment. Here i focused on two words appropriate and spacy and they both are very important.
Every birds has its own need of special environment and temperature and air and every thing should be taken into consideration. And space is also an important factor. The space requirement depends on the size of bird.
Let them free for open air and sun exposure :
Letting them out is a brilliant idea to make them more comfortable and enhance their growth but it should be kept in mind that they should be tamed before letting them out. Otherwise they will fly away. The easiest way to make them tamed is allowing only one of them to come out initially and should be monitored closely and then day after day you can try others. My Peacocks are fully tamed.
Feeding with special treats :-
The most easy way to keep your birds happy and loving with you is giving them their favourite treats and they will love you more then anything. You should atleast give them treats once in a week. I give them crushed wheat and oats as a treat and they love it.
