This is my first post in the Business Activity community. Recently I realized that this community has an opportunity to develop a simple business that I have been running since 2019. Starting in 2019, when the economic need was increasing for education costs and living expenses.

At that time, I tried to dive into the world of design services, typing services, reporting services, and printing services. The more rapid economic needs, forcing us to be more creative and innovative in taking advantage of opportunities. Luckily I was able to explore the potential within me and take action to work on it.

Over the course of time, I started working for a Polaroid-style photo printing service. Along with the times, every individual cannot be separated from dependence on digital-based technology. Every individual has a story and moment that they want to capture and reminisce at any time.

Digital printing is also growing with all the sophistication it has. Printing machines that continue to innovate to be able to produce and capture every individual moment through a sheet of paper. Digital printing is a very promising opportunity for workers in the current era.

On the one hand, the development of the entertainment world has also contributed to the development of the digital printing world. What's more, what is very popular today among teenagers is polaroid-style photos. I see this as a fighter and consumer interest of the utmost.

Photo Printing Service Opportunities

I'm trying to find out from various sites how to develop a polaroid printing business. Apparently, polaroid printing services are quite a promising business. Polaroid-style photo printing is very much in demand by teenagers to capture their moments.

Polaroid-style photo printing is a very popular trend among teenagers today. In general, polaroid photo printing has nothing to do with polaroid cameras. It's just that, the size of the printed photo resembles the size of a 2R photo that comes directly from a Polaroid camera.

So, this printing has nothing to do with polaroid cameras. In fact, we don't even need to use a polaroid camera to get 2R-style polaroid-style prints. The printing process only adjusts the photo size and adopts a 2 R print size like a Polaroid camera.

Polaroid Photo Printing Business Models and Concepts

Meanwhile, consumers can use any type of camera to capture their moments. To get a Polaroid-like print, the photo will be edited using Photoshop and adjust the size to 2 R. Meanwhile, for printing, we use a premium printing machine from Canon which can support large printing processes.

Meanwhile, for now I have not been able to buy this printing machine. Meanwhile, the number of requests from my customers is increasing. In this case we are trying to find a printing shop that can work with us to produce polaroid photo prints. While in the promotion and marketing process, I collaborated with @lienla.

Cooperation and Marketing Model

He has been developing his online shop business for a long time. He has a consumer group and several reseller networks that he has built. So, working with him will have a broad impact on the promotion and marketing of services.

I put my trust in him to develop this business. His role as a customer and marketing has an impact on the development of Polaroid photo printing services. This seemingly simple business has the opportunity to grow and become popular.

Because polaroid-style photo printing is the trend that is most in demand by teenagers today. So, the promotion target for our main consumers are teenagers and young people. For promotional and marketing activities we utilize social media based on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.

Process, Cost and Shipping

As for the process of delivering products to customers, we use courier services. The couriers we usually use are JNT, JNE, and POS. So far, our marketing target is to reach all areas of Aceh province.

Meanwhile, our regular customers and resellers have reached the Bireun area, North Aceh, Lhokseumawe City, Pidie Jaya, and East Aceh. It usually takes more than 1 week to produce an order. Time is calculated starting from receiving photo files, sorting, editing, printing and delivery.

Photo printing uses 260 gram acarton material which is thick, shiny and does not fade easily. The photo print size is usually 2 R or the size of a square box about 5.4 x 8.5 cm. The marketing price for non resellers is 1000 IDR / sheet and does not include shipping costs.

Conclusions and Hopes for the Future

Thus a brief introduction to the Polaroid photo printing business that we are engaged in. Hopefully by promoting on Steemit will add opportunities to expand our product marketing network. We hope, we can increase the number of sales by having our own printing machine.

Hopefully through steemit I will be able to buy my own printing machine to develop a polaroid photo printing business.
