Business Activity | Siap Bantu | Receiving Orders of 183 Sheets From Consumers Outside the Region
This is our first Polaroid photo pre-order promotion in March. We are opening a pre-order promotion for three days where the service process and explanation of prices and sizes are carried out by our admin via WhatsApp. The first pre-order in March received a good response from customers who wanted to capture their moments on a piece of photo paper.
Consumers at this time came from the city of July, Bireuen district, ripekuli, and Takengon. As usual they send photo files to our admin number via WhatsApp. We run the promotion process for only three days because we consider that one of the consumers will go out of town.
After we closed our pre-order promotion, we sent the photo files we got from consumers to the polaroid photo printing service company that has worked well with us. The process required by the company to carry out printing as usual is 3-4 days. After they are ready they send the printout to us by using the JNT Express shipping service.
They are wrapped in a box shape to keep photos safe from stacking. After the photo arrived at our address well. The admin checks the completeness of the photo whether it is in accordance with the number of photos that have been sent, which is as many as 183 sheets.
Then the admin separates each image according to the image of each consumer. In the separation process the admin is very careful and thorough so that there is no wrong image for each consumer and to give confidence to consumers that we provide good services and services. Our customer, who comes from Takengon, ordered 12 photos.
These are all photos of his baby son and he chose to make cash payments because he was at his family's place, namely Geudong. Furthermore, our customers who come from Matangkuli orders for 21 pieces. Then consumers from Bireuen district place an order of 150 sheets and choose to make a transfer payment and choose to send the photo using the Indonesian postal delivery service.
Postage for delivery is 10 thousand because we have become one of the special delivery members for online sellers and get subsidies for shipping costs. After the admin is ready to separate each image, we will inform consumers via WhatsApp chat that their photo is ready. To protect the photo from scratches, we put it in clear plastic which is slightly larger than the photo size so we can clip it to the top roll which is more.
