This post will specifically explain how we provide product services to customers. I would like to present about the packing service for our Polaroid photo printing business. We prioritize customer comfort and satisfaction.

At the packing stage, we ensure that the product will be safe and protected until it reaches the hands of our customers. In the packing procedure, the business I run also has quality standards. We take care of the photos that have been printed so that the quality is maintained.
We strive to protect products with a well-maintained and neat packing process. How do we do the packing?

Packing Process
To protect the product, we use a brown cardboard box with a length of 25 cm, a width of 12 cm and a thickness of 0.3 cm - 0.5 cm. Cardboard boxes can be made yourself from used cardboard from other products whose quality is still maintained. We do not use damaged cardboard boxes and used cardboard from chemical production.
One cardboard box with the size I mentioned above can fit up to 200 photos. Before packing, the printed photos are first arranged neatly and put in plastic wrap. If the photos are in large quantities, we will also wrap them using bubble wrap.
Photos that have been neatly wrapped are then put in a box with a neat layout and maintain product safety. The box is then given duct tape to lock the box tightly and is not easy to open during delivery. Moreover, if the delivery is using an expedition service, the box must be strong from impact, slamming, to crushing.
Wrapping duct tape around the box can help protect and strengthen the box. We are very concerned about the quality of delivery so that it reaches the hands of consumers safely. For this reason, we offer to customers so that delivery can be done through a trusted expedition.
Delivery services can be through JNE, JNT and POS expedition services. The delivery process for the province of Aceh takes up to 3-4 working days. To track the delivery process, our customers will receive a receipt ID from the courier service.
